Your uploaded resumes are read and parsed locally in-memory to extract text context. The extracted resume text, along with your target job description, is processed through our integrated secure Google Generative AI (Gemini) API to provide tailoring advice, ATS matching scores, and mock interview preparation. We do not sell, trade, or share your resume content or resume documents with any third-party marketing networks.
We process subscription upgrades through Razorpay, a secure third-party payment gateway. We do not store or collect your payment card details or net banking credentials. Your financial transaction details are processed directly by Razorpay in compliance with local regulations and PCIDSS standards.
We retain your account details and cached analysis reports (such as ATS history and generated interview prep guides) as long as your account remains active. You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time by contacting our support team via our Contact Us page.
